Please note that while our parking lot is conveniently located on the property, it can only accommodate vehicles that are shorter than 16.5 feet. For larger trucks, there is a city parking garage just one block away.

As our guest, you'll have access to all the incredible South Florida attractions, with many just a 30-minute drive away, including South Beach, Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hard Rock, Gulfstream & Jai Alai Casinos, and so much more. Attention: It is important to note that due to Association regulations, vehicles exceeding 16 feet in length are not permitted on the property as they can cause parking difficulties. Please be aware that refunds or cancellations cannot be issued for any inconvenience caused during your stay.

To maintain the high standards of our condo apartment, we kindly request that all guests rinse off any sand from their clothing, beach chairs, or other belongings before entering the unit. This helps prevent any damage to our beautiful real wood floors, ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Any damages caused by sand left on the floors will result in a deduction from the Airbnb Security deposit.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from wetting the wood floors or leaving wet clothes on them to avoid any warping. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain the beauty of our space.

To ensure the utmost comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following house rules:

1) No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including in all indoor and outdoor areas.

2) Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age for booking and check-in is 21 years old. Valid identification may be required upon arrival.

3) Respectful Noise Levels: Please be considerate of other guests and maintain a peaceful environment by refraining from excessive noise, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

4) No Parties or Events: To maintain a serene atmosphere and respect the privacy of all guests, parties or events are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5) Pet-Free Property: For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we do not allow any pets on the property. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

6) Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation is four individuals. This limit ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.

7) Parking Information: A complimentary parking spot is available for vehicles that are under 16.5 ft in length. For larger or additional vehicles, street parking and public garage options are available nearby. Please note that all parking regulations must be strictly adhered to.

8) Garbage Disposal: We kindly request that you dispose of your garbage appropriately upon check-out. The designated garbage area is located on the side alley of the building facing Ocean Drive, which is on the opposite side of the parking lot. You will find four GREEN trash cans positioned against the front-side alley of the building, closest to an adjacent neighboring building.
