Everything was accommodating, what I wish, but it’s just a wish, is that when you are on vacation you should not have put any trash away, nor put any dishes away, or have to do anything else but to keep the place safe and organized I was more concern about not leaving any trash after us. When you go in vacation the only thing you should worry about is being responsible not to break anything. In my opinion that is why they charge a cleaning fee. It’s just my opinion, I travel a lot and I very responsible with places where I stay, but this is the only place where you have clear instructions on how to pick up after yourself. Again this is just a constructive criticism, I always do as much cleaning after ‘em, but not because I have to! Other than that this place it’s beautiful, please don’t hesitate to book it, my reviews it’s just a feed back. I really appreciated.

There is no boardwalk here so no activity where you can walk or bike. But it is pretty and beach is private and you feel secure. Beautiful beach. Having beach chairs, towels, umbrella, noodle is a bonus.

hosts were great, responsive to my telling them about the pots and toaster, wished i had mentioned it sooner but having a horrible experience last yr with airBnB at theHyde in Hollywood, I thought they all were bad, not true. Hosts came in minutes with new pots and a toaster! Also accomodating to my request for a later check out! Vry cool. Kind ppl and would go there again. Glad i ignored negative review about proprty, a mention about the gym not being the same as pictured, the Tides has TWO units and you can use both sites amenities! 2 gyms, pools, it was great. Both gyms were good. parking and pool chairs was plentiful!The hyde, had grossly insufficient amount of pool chairs, theTides was great. This condo had everthing! Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, curling iron,blow dryer, it was excellent-great hosts too. Komffy is a keeper..repeat renter discount would be a great policy to enact! ability to stay on property after checkout was amazing, helpful when u hv a late flight.
