Pool & beach were beautiful; and matched the listing description. Condo was clean but not spotless. Things like light switch covers, coffee table and furniture really needed a deep cleaning. Be sure to bring cooking utensils if you plan to cook in. They are really lacking with what you will need. A big plus was the attention to beach necessities! Several beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and kid’s beach toys were all supplied by Komfy. My husband and I are a bit older and have difficulty walking. For this reason checkin and check out processes were taxing on us. You pull up to building only to be told you have to walk to a second building to get your fobs and parking pass. After a full day of travel, it was a bit much for us. Also, I felt the messages sent were generic and not personally written to me. All in all it was a nice place but could be improved upon with a little effort.

Great view from the balcony. Overlooks the pool and Ocean. Pay attention to the listing, as stated parking is an additional 75$ additional as well as 30$ for the FOB to the unit.

One of the main reason I did not give a 5 stars is the CHECKOUT time and process. If you don't have a car and your flight is in the evening on your last day, I TRULY suggest you to either rent an extra day for the Unit, or search somewhere you can store your luggage's. The Condo management will NOT help you at any price, they are really rigid with the process. After 10am, you are out. Other than that, Unit is clean, spacious, beautiful beach view, great heated pool, pristine white sand. The two king size beds are very comfy. you have everything you need. Location wise, if you don't have a car and you enjoy walking (as me), then it's ok to get by. There is a Walmart near the condo (13min walk).

Excellent logement très bien situé avec une belle vue sur l’océan. Il est exposé Sud donc avec du soleil toute la journée. Le seul point négatif est qu’il nécessiterait un petit rajeunissement.
