Place was clean and comfortable. Great location. Great view of the ocean. Grocery store, restaurant, everything you need nearby. Gym had better than expected equipment.

My family and I had a great time at Komffys place. We did stay with 2 kids and it had everything we needed. The rooms were simple and they did have beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys which helped with not having to look for any! Any communication I had with Komffy was seamless which I greatly appreciated! The Airbnb is located within a quick drive to many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

Very comfortable beach apartment with nice views. We really enjoyed our stay. A few small things could be improved — there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, only one wine glass, and no napkins or paper towels. Check-in was a bit tricky since the office closes at 5 p.m., and you need to register there to get the access card for the pool and other amenities. Once everything was sorted, it was a lovely and relaxing place to stay.

Mis vacaciones fueron magníficas en el dto , Komffy muy amable y claro con todo , el dto lindo , grande , cómodo y una vista a la playa hermosa !! La limpieza muy bien , se paga 100 usd por el estacionamiento y 30 usd de la llave por dos adultos ( eso no vale la pena ) pero hay que pagarlo , se paga la recepción de paquetes de Amazon 7 usd por cada uno . Volvería sin dudarlo !!!

We loved the view , and enjoyed how prepped the condo was for us . But what really stood out is the integrity of the host . My daughter left her iPad and they kept it safe and in great condition and mailed it back to us . I was very grateful for their communication and doing the right thing , good people are hard to come by .

The condo was very clean and had a deck with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The condo provided 1 roll of toilet paper and all other amenities needed to be supplied by the renter. There was a dispenser in the shower, but it was empty. Check in and check out was horrible. This wasn't due to Komffy, but the condo complex. I paid $100 for 5 days of parking. The valet I paid was rude. Then I was sent to a front desk where I waited in line. Again, rude and not helpful. I purchased 2 fobs (as I was traveling with another couple) which were $30 each. Then I had to pay $20 in cash for the parking pass (refundable). The fobs are needed to use the elevator, pool and beach. I used it 4 times to just get to the beach. The beach can't be accessed midnight to 6:00am as the fobs won't work on all the gates to get out. A lot of extra stress that isn't needed. A broken fan in the room and no beach towels.
