Notre séjour en famille a été très agréable. Le condo a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, draps, serviettes, serviettes de bain, de plage,... On avait que notre valise à apporter. L'immeuble est idéalement situé sur la mer. Belle vue de notre balcon sur l'intercostal. L'immeuble a 2 piscines et 2 gyms avec accès direct à la mer. J'adore cet immeuble et je reviens chaque année. Je recommande fortement

Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway:
— You will have access to all the amenities in the community.
— 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds
— 1 bathroom
— 700 sq ft of indoor living space.
— Separate living room with Smart TV and Sofa bed that turns into a queen-size bed. Celling to floor Doors that open out to a beautiful intercoastal views.
— Whole house has WiFi throughout.
— Pool is open air and direct OCEAN ACCESS

GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS:
The apartment is a great place to host a group of friends!
— Jump in the Crystal clean pool right in the same building or enjoy the direct access to the ocean.
— The apartment has everything you need to have a fun gateaway.
Just a 25 to 30 minute drive to South Beach, and 30 to 35 minute drive to Downtown Miami and Wynwood.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs $2/use, Dryer costs $2/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

Please note: The Tides building is currently undergoing renovations. Guests may experience daytime noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The rate has been discounted accordingly, and by choosing to stay in the unit, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.
We are not responsible for construction noise or dust, and our strict cancellation policy remains in effect.
We appreciate your understanding as the building completes improvements that will enhance the overall experience.
