Это было потрясающе, выглядит лучше чем на фото . Все новое и очень чистое , отличное расположение , до пляжа 1 минута , самый лучший пляж из всех что я видел в маями , имеется бар у пляжа и ресторан с видом на океан . Само здание тоже в отличном состоянии все чистое и новое . Парковка была замечательной с услугой парковщика , за дополнительную плату но не так дорого . Вид на деревья из окна были не хуже чем вид на океан . Это самое лучшее жилье в маями . Я не ожидала что будет так круто

The unit was very clean and easy check in. Great location and valet was friendly. Plenty of towels and very equipped with what we needed. Our only issue is When the sink backed up no one responded. We would Definitely considered staying there again and thanks for sharing your home with us.

w We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the towels were thick. There is a laundry room across the hall and the stairs/elevator are very close. We enjoyed the close proximity of the pool and the beach (directly off the lobby). The valet parking was great... they were very fast. It can get a bit congested at the front entrance when people are awaiting for their cars, but not too bad. There is a Walmart, a publix and an Italian restaurant (very nice pizza) within a 5 to 10 minutes walk from the front door. Overall, we would happily go back. The host was very responsive

We enjoyed our stay at Komffy’s place. The ocean view from the balcony was a cherry on top. The apartment was spacious & had all the beach amenities one could ask for. Would love to come back here a second time.

Our family was excited for this vacation, but unfortunately, our stay didn’t meet expectations. We chose this property expecting Komffy’s standard of cleanliness, but the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor, the drawers were sticky. The floors throughout the apartment were dusty and sticky—our white socks didn’t stand a chance! Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher standard, but it seemed like only the countertops were wiped down, and the toilet paper restocked. Komffy, please do better when it comes to cleaning! Additionally, there were unexpected fees for the key fob, parking, and laundry, which we were only made aware of after reservation payment was made. A few other things could have improved the experience, like a sharper kitchen knife (the only one provided was dull and tricky to use) and a TV in the bedroom. We were really hoping for a clean, worry-free stay, but unfortunately, this one missed the mark.
