Great location right on the broadwalk! Easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We were only a few blocks up from the Margaritaville area which tended to have to busiest section of the beach. Perfect for my young teens! We were able to enjoy all the broadwalk people watching, but had slightly more space to spread out in the sand. The condo had lots of beach chairs, toys, and a shade umbrella for use. The kitchen was narrow but had everything we needed. A full size Refrigerator is always a blessing at the beach. It was very easy to go back and forth from the beach or pool to the condo for refills on snacks and drinks. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the TV worked with all our streaming platforms. Exactly the spring break trip we were looking for!

They place was very nice and clean when we checked in. The location was great being right on the boardwalk.

1- Upon arrival, locate the main entrance to the building.
2- Walk to your right; around the middle of the parking area, you will see a section with multiple key boxes.
3- Identify the key box labeled with your assigned apartment number.
4- Enter the code we provided to unlock the key box and retrieve the key.
5- Close the key box securely after retrieving your key.
6- Use the key to unlock the building's main entrance.
7- Take the elevator to the 7th floor.
8- Locate your apartment number.
9- At the apartment door, enter the second code we provided to unlock the smart lock and access the unit.

For your safety, please ensure all doors are locked behind you when entering or leaving the premises.

In the event that you encounter any issues with the smart lock or have not received the access code, kindly contact our customer service immediately for assistance. We are available to provide support and ensure a smooth check-in process.
